Please read carefully the conditions that apply to all bookings made at La Bionda:
Reception is from 9 am to 9 pm, check-in is from 3 pm to 9 pm.
– If you arrive before 3 pm you can leave your luggage in the hotel locker room and start enjoying your stay.
– If you arrive after 9 pm, you will be given a code to enter the hotel and check in the following morning.
Check-out is up to 12 noon. If you wish to check out later, you must contact the reception team for information on the late check-out conditions we can offer you.
Rooms can accommodate a maximum of two adults. La Bionda is a hotel for adults aged 16 and over. We do not have adjoining rooms.
To ensure the well-being of all our guests, as a rule, pets are not accepted. However, in specific cases exceptions may be made by the hotel management.
La Bionda is very meticulous about the quality and cleanliness of the facilities. For this reason, we ask our guests to respect the peace and quiet of the other guests and take care of the facilities during their stay. If this rule is not respected, the establishment reserves the right to make additional charges for excessive dirtiness, damage and/or theft.
Under Act 42/2010, we are a smoke-free zone. Smoking is only allowed on the roof.
Below you will find the guarantee and booking cancellation conditions that apply:
During the high season*, by making the booking, you authorise the establishment to charge 50% of your stay by credit card. This is the only way to guarantee the booking.
During low season* and middle season* the booking is guaranteed by providing the credit card as a guarantee.
During the high season, if you cancel your booking less than 7 days prior to the day of arrival at the hotel, a penalty of 50% of the booking is applied.
During low season and middle season, if you cancel your booking less than 3 days prior the day of arrival at the hotel, a penalty of 50% of the booking is applied.
* High season: Holy Week, June, July, August – Sept. 15
* Middle season: September 16-30, October, Valentine’s day, March, April and May
* Low season: November, December, January and February
All cancellations must be made in writing. Any modification or cancellation must be sent and confirmed by email email@example.com. If it is not received after your request, please contact us at 621315283.
If you do not show up at the hotel on the day of booking, you will be charged 100% of the booking.
